My company has filed H1 B in 2011 quota, however due to some document issue petition status got into RFE. Then my company submitted case withdrawal application in response to RFE in May 2012.
USICS site says current status is 'RFE Response Review' from May 30 2012. Status is not reflecting to Rejected or Closed from last 6 months.
My question is if my company wants to file new petition in 2013, is it possible?
Coz case status of already filed petition is not changing? Or what step need to be done?
Can we raise e-request on USIC site for the same ?
