Can I expedite a drop box appointment date (already booked a date) in Indian US consulate? Emergency request option is not showing up in CGI menu on left side. Please help.

Thank you for the response. However the problem here is the issue regarding drop box document submission appointment (qualified for interview waiver), not the regular appointment.
And the emergency request option on left side is not showing up at all. So I do not know how to request.
Please help.
