Can I enroll in a degree program whileI am still on my OPT ??

Hi,

I am on my OPT and my company (non profit will file for my H1B in september) so I get my H1 by March 2014. My question is can I enroll my self in a degree program starting fall 2013 if I am still on my OPT. Its an online degree. Will I need to leave my job for that.

I dont think so, you can study online courses in what ever status you may be in. It should not affect your job or H1 status. Talk to your school DSO and confirm the same.
