I have already completed B.Sc. with PCM subjects (which was 3 year in duration). Now I wish to get into CS. For this I can get lateral admission in B. Tech 3rd semester (some Indian universities allow that). So the B. Tech degree for me will be three year in duration. Now my question is will I be eligible for MS in US universities after this lateral B. Tech (CS) degree ?

It all depends on ability to transfer credits from your BSc and lateral BTech subjects to the US university of choice. There should be course correlation between what you study in India and what you plan to study in the US.
