Hi,
My comapny applied for my H1-B visa in April 2012. For my case I got a RFE for which the company supplied the necessary documents and as of now my RFE is under review by the USCIS. As I was working under OPT I was able to work till 30th September 2012 but now even that has expired.
So can I still continue work waiting for my H1-B?
Also can I stay in the US legally waiting for my H1-B?
