I am on H1b for 8 years.
Got extension beyond maxout based on Perm file 4 years back (but not approved)
Can i switch job in 8th year where my current visa is calid till august 2017. Got extenaion based on AC21 (pending Perm appeal)
Newemployer will file new perm once i move onto their payroll.
Could there be any issues for my H1 transfer?
