can i change employers ( approved H1b this year itself ) before stamping ?Also if i have taken an appointment for stamping, can i still cancel/postpone it and re- take it on the new approved transfer petition ?thanks a lot for your help

I have a similar question. Company A sponsored my h1 and is under process (not approved yet). The salary he’s offering is very less. So, if my h1 gets approved and I don’t do for stamping, can I change employers? Would the company A know if I change employers? Would he pose any problem?

Yes, you can change employers before your stamping or travel to US. Old employer is not informed about the transfer.
