Currently My H1b visa is under process.The company which sponsor my visa not sure whether they will send me to US . Is it possible to change employer after petition approval? Any impact on H1b stamping??
Another employer can file a cap-exempt petition for you. Once approved, you can go for stamping through new employer and then travel to US. If you already have visa stamp from old employer which has not expired, then you don’t need new stamping from new employer.
