Can I change employer before getting response of RFE

Hello,

I’ve picked of h1b lottery this year and got RFE regarding to level 1 wage since August.

Im considering to change my company now since i’ve got an opportunity from another company at this time.

Regarding to this, my questions are:

  1. Can I change my current employer on the application to new one before getting USCIS’s response of RFE?

  2. If yes, Does it consider as new filing with new employer or transferring to new company?

  3. If not, what’s going to happen if im being unemployed with current company during RFE period? Can i apply next year h1b with new employer?
