I have applied for H1 as a system analyst however I got RFE for the same, USCIS requesting more evidence for the system analyst role. Can I change the applied position while replying to RFE?
It would be tough. You will have to change the LCA for the new role and it will raise some flags. USCIS officer can question why the role is being changed and if you really qualify for the position or are you/employer playing musical chairs just to get you into US.
