Can I apply to be an Arizona-resident given that I am on F1 visa and have been working as RA for more than a year?

I have been on F1 visa for almost 3 years. I have been working as a research assistant for these 3 years (and paying taxes), so I qualify for in-state tuition already. Yet I want to apply for residency, am I elligible for that?

Your question is not entirely clear. Are we talking Arizona State residency or residency as in leading to active physician practice…
