Hi I am in US on L1B .,.,., moved here with my wife and she left to india recently.,.,., Can i apply L2 EAD on her latest i-94? I got all the required signatures on application i-765.

Yes she can be in India while waiting on her L-2 EAD approval or even when the application is in process. The card may not be mailed abroad, you must receive it at your personal US address.
How did this go? I have a similar situation. I got my and wife’s petition extension approved, however, she is outside US. Can she apply for EAD renewal with new I94 while being outside?
