can i apply for L1B now after my H1B got filed on Jun 5th 2012 ? because i have to fly next month to US … or do i have to go for H1b premium processing ? if so when can i travel to US …

I am not sure on how your pending H1B petition will affect your L1 application.

If you do Premium Processing for your H1B petition, you could get the result in 15 calendar days. However, you can travel to US on stamped H1B only by end of September (10 days before 1st October).
