Can I apply L1 A after L1 b extension was rejected

Hi

My L1 B blanket extension got rejected 3months back and now I am in india.

My company wants me to apply for a nw visa and as H1 is not possible,

Now can I apply for a fresh L1A blanket/individual?

Yes, they can apply for another L-1A if you qualify for the same. If not, they can wait for next cap season to open in April for H-1 (again you need to be qualified for the H-1 position).
