Can I apply H1B fresh petition from 2 different employers?
I am currently working for XYZ company. This year I am trying H1B through consultancies.
I got 2 offers from 2 differnt consultancies A and B. Both offers same package and same role (Programmer Analyist).
Is it legal to apply multiple H1B petition?
Do employers need to be informed about multiple application?
Will USICS reject my petitions if found 2 petitions for a employee?
