Currently, I am on L1b-visa with Company X and Company Y applied h1b-visa as CoS (Change of Status) for me in 2017 and I got the RFE and responded 2 months back. My case is still in processing. Can I apply H1B from another employer this year (2018) ? If yes, Will it be also “Change of Status” ?
