can i apply for L1, i already have H1B

My H1B visa stamping done in Dec’15. but i did not travel to US till now. can i apply for L1B with other employer. Please help me

Yes, this can be done. There is a possibility that they will cancel H-1 stamp in your passport w/o prejudice when approving the L-1 visa. However, you can still get H-1 visa stamped in future.
