My H4 EAD will be expiring in few weeks and my spouse H1B and my H4 extension is still pending. I have both H1B and H4 receipt notice. Can I apply H4 EAD with this H1B receipt notice? If yes, should I send I-765 application to the centre where my H4 extension is filed or to the centre based on the first 3 letter of my receipt number?
