I am living in US for past 2 years in H4 visa and when I became eligible for EAD, I have applied for H4 EAD but I did that when I was outside United States. I have heard that I need to be in US in valid H4 status while applying the visa. Does that effect my case as I was already living in US in H4 visa for 2 years and just applied for EAD while I was travelling internationally.
I have some one in US to reply and check for RFE and respond if needed.
