Can I apply for H1B from OPT although I'm the only employee at company?

I started OPT from July 7th, 2012 and my OPT Visa will expire on July 6th, 2013. I want to apply for H1-B Petition with Change of Status(COS) before my OPT visa will expire. I just have got a job for a translation company, but there is no employee except me. Can I still apply for H1-B Petition with COS from OPT Visa? Does this company is too small to apply for H1-B Visa?

YOu are too late for this year. The cap for this year is done, and next date to apply H-1 is April 1, 2014.
