I am in India and having 4 yrs of work exp.Right now I have an offer of MBA from a good institute in India.So can I join this MBA programme and meanwhile apply for the H1 through a consultancy?Will it be a problem in my Visa interview since I wont be wrking at that time?Please clarify my doubt
It is not mandatory to be working at the time of H-1 filing.
Do you plan to have H-1 filed this April or later (once you are in US on F-1 enrolled in MBA program)?
