I have a H1b approved in 2005 with valid from 10/1/2005 . However, I got H1b stamping in 2006 and applied for a H1b transfer in end of 2006 and started working from december.My transfer application got rejected and I left US. Can I apply a H1b transfer now under the 6 year cap exemption?
I think you cannot apply for cap-exempt petition now as your first approval was 7 years back.
