can i apply for F2 visa for my wife, i have my H1B approved

my wife is in india. I am on F1 OPT. recently got my H1B approved. I have 2 options appy for F2 or H4.

F2 i i want to apply so that she can come before Oct. but not sure if we can apply after H1B approval.

H4: on VFS website it doesnt say thta H4 can apply 90 days before. does it mean she has to apply after Oct?

Timelines for VISA application and entry to US are mostly same for H1 and H4 VISA holders. So your wife can attend H4 VISA now and enter US by end of September.
