I came to USA on F2 visa and My husband H1-b got approved on 2017 Dec. I applied change of status from F2 to H4 on 01/12/2018 but the case is still pending with USCIS. Now i am planning to apply change of status from H4 to F1 , as i got admission to university and classes will begin from 08/22/2018.
1.Can i apply Change of status again as the previous case is pending?
2.If yes, should i apply change of status as from H4 to F1 or F2 to F1 ?
- should i wait until the change of status from F2 to H4 got approved and then apply change of status from H4 to F1 ?
