Can I appear for H1B Stamping from a different location than mentioned in I-797

Hi All,

I have my H1B Approval and my I-797 mentions Chennai as the Consulate. I am currently working in London from a different company (from the H1B employer). Can I appear for H1B stamping at London Embassy?

Check w/ London embassy about their policy on TCN (third country national). If they allow you to appear there as you are working in London, then go for it.
