Can H4 with Valid Stamping Till 2018 can reenter US if Spouse H1B is applied for Amendment

Right now I have Petition Valid upto June 2018.my wife is going to stay till March 2016 and will return at the end of March. Once I am back at End of Jan,my employer is going to Amend my Petition due to new reorganization within the company.is it advisable for my wife to travel with stamped Visa but my Petition is applied for Amendment…please help before I book tickets.

Yes, she can enter US on her current H-4 visa even if you have a pending amendment petition. Just give her a copy of your approved 797 and amendment receipt notice to show at PoE (if asked).
