I’m H4 Visa Holder. Is it possible to work from US, for my company which is located in Chennai for Indian Payroll? The salary account will be my Indian Bank and same salary which i have got in Chennai. No way it is related to get US work permit right. Can anyone please answer?
No you cannot work, also you are supposed to declare foreign income.
