Can H4 travel to US first-time when H1 transfer is pending with RFE (one time denial) and previous H1 Revoked?

Hi All,

I came to US on company A and transferred to company B. But during the transfer process to company B, I got an RFE and then it’s denied. Again my company B applied for a new H1B and it got RFE. During this time my company A has revoked my H1B. I have H4 stamped with company A.

Now my question is H4 can travel to US (first time travel) with this situation where H1 transfer is pending with one denial and previous H1 revoked?

If your spouse is still working with co A , and you have valid H4 stamped visa , you can travel on h4
