Hello, L1b visa expiry 24 Mar 2013 I94 expiry 23 Mar 2015. 1. I am applying for H1b. Is there a scenario that I might have to leave the country before current i94 expiry depending on the outcome of my H1b processing? 2. Are my H1b approval chances slim as I will be on expired visa and valid I94 during the time of h1b processing?
