My visa end date is 25th Dec 2015. Visa Extension was filed on August 03, 2015 and the result is still in progress.
Unfortunately my current project is ending on 31st Dec , 2015.
So my manager has found another Project at another location and different Client for which H1B Amendment is required.
Can you please confirm if my employer can go for H1B Amendment when the Extension is still in progress and Visa will be expiring in few days. Need your guidance on the same as I have very less time left.
Request you to provide your valuable feedback ASAP so that I can inform my manager accordingly.
