Hi,
I currently have L2 EAD valid till Jan ,2013.
My previous employer has filed h1b and its in processing.
I have resigned my job with the previous employer and working for another employer now.
When I receive my h1b , is it possible to activate the same with my current employer as I have never worked for the previous employer in H1 visa?
