My husband is H1 holder and working in west coast while I am H4 EAD and working in east coast.
Is it legally authorized to work and will we have any problem at POE or while applying for extension by USCIS.
H4 EAD does not have any restrictions. It is always the H1B holder that is tied to the location and LCA related compliances.
