Ok, thank you. It says it will accept efile from April 1st, 2024, and that’s with the new higher fees. What if my attorney files it before, would it be still efile or paper file? And what about my wife’s H-4 extension and her EAD renewal which the same attorney is doing at the same ttime
They can paper file all at the same time before 1st April.
