Can Green card filing process cause any problem in H1B stamping in India?

Hi,

 My husband's employer is going to start his Green card filing process. We have a plan to visit India start of next year. He has joint new company 5 months back and while India visit, we need to go for stamping (H1B and H4).

We want to know will there be any change in the H1B stamping process due to Green Card process? Can there be any issue with our stamping?

I think you should not have any problem at all. But you may be asked if you have ever applied for GC in the interview.
