Can employer pay less wages than mentioned in approved LCA?

Hi,
I got my H1B approval and my employer is planning to pay me less than wages what is mentioned in the LCA.
Is it valid ? Is there any USCIS rule mentioning that H1B should not paid than mentioned wages in LCA?
