can employer invalidate , once visa stamped

I am working for Employer A. I got my H1B VISA stamped from employer B in october 2013.

Now Employer B is not able to find any opportunity with client in USA so he is asking me join.

I am not interested in Joining Employer B, unless they have opportunity for me to US.

Please let me know is there any possibilities that Employer B can cancel or invalidate or do some thing with my stamped VISA.

I have not travelled to US wih the H1B visa.

Yes, the sponsoring company can get your H1B Visa revoked if you have not travelled to US.
