Can Employer file for EB1 c after 2 years

Hi, I am in USA on L1 A for more that 3 years. I know as per the standard clause that Employer has to file for EB1 c within the 2 years in USA. However I have already crossed that timeline. Can the employer still apply my GC in EB1 through any other way?

Where did you get this information from?

Hi Kalpesh,
This is what is mentioned in the USCIS website -
You must have been employed outside the United States for at least 1 year in the 3 years preceding the petition or the most recent lawful nonimmigrant admission if you are already working for the U.S. petitioning employer.

My interpretation might be wrong. But pl let me know if my employer can file GC in EB1 even if I have been in USA in L1A for more than 2 years.

They can apply anytime as long as you are in the L1A status.

Ok thanks for the clarification Kalpesh.
