Can EB1C file consultancy

Hi Experts,

I have worked in the USA for 1 year with my Employer on H1B visa & with the same employer working in India offshore payroll for the last 3 years.

My consultancy in India is very small-scale company, can they file EB1C for me… firstly I would like to know do the consultancies file EB1C…?

Appreciated any inputs.

This depends on your employer having a branch/business entity setup in the US, is willing to sponsor your green card and your qualify for EB1C.
Read through the below eligibility criteria and talk to your employer, doesn’t mattet if its a small consultancy.
