hi,
I came to US in june on h4.My h1 was filed by some consultancy firm when i was in india,now my case went into rfe.
Can i submit COS along with my rfe response(i am thinking to make my application premium) or need to wait until h1 gets approved and then apply COS.Pls suggest.
