can Bcom graduate also work on H4 visa in USA ... ??

Hi,

My husband is going to USA next year and he is having H1B and I’m a commerce graduate and PGDBA in HR.Earlier when I was in USA not able to work but now as H4 visa holder can also work in USA I want to know if am also eligible for the same or not. And if not thn do i need to do any IT/technical course to get this eligiblity. Please suggest.

H4 visa holder are still not eligible to work in the US. A law allowing SOME H4 holders to work is still UNDER CONSIDERATION
