I have completed BBA and MBA major in Finance from Bangladesh. Now I am working as Sr. Commercial Executive. My work experience is 3years. Am I be able to get job in USA to get h1b visa over there?
You need to have at least 4 years of college degree. For each missing year of education, you need to have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
You need to get your degrees evaluated by an education equivalency agency in US. They can confirm what’s the US equivalent of your education and then you will know how many years of work experience you need to qualify for H-1.
BTW, H-1 cannot be filed until April 1, 2014 now.
