My potential employers lawyer has petitioned for Counsellor Processing for my H1 B Visa for a [b]part time job[/b]. I have two questions :1 ) Can this be approved for Counsellor Processing by the USCIS. 2) Will the US Consulate in India stamp it as it is a Part Time job with an hourly salary of USD 40. Clients Letter and job descriptions have been submitted.
