The company is just registered recently. I am the first employee of the company. The company doesnt have any website till now. Can they file an H1B for me.

The company must be able to satisfy certain Department of Labor requirements. This information is available on USCIS website. To research this more, consider yourself to be a new company wanting to file for first employee and check requirements with USCIS.
