I am on H1B Visa working for Company A and have a valid Visa and I 94 both till Sep 30 2015.I have an offer from Company B in USA.Say I accept the offer now and get my H1B transferred to Company B. If I leave Company B in 1 year from now, Sep 2014 and go back to India and join a Company C, Can any other company in India or USA use my existing H1B visa,before or after 30 Sep 2015, to send me back to US ?
Is a H1B transfer possible while I am in India with valid H1B Visa?
