Can anyone from this forum help to know if a person over B2 Visa (Tourist) get marry in US with a person over H1-B Visa being still residing in US? Appreciate if provide more light over this case.

A marriage is always permissible and allowed under US constitution between two consenting adults. A marriage of convenience however for the sole purpose of changing immigration status is illegal. Make sure you are getting married for the right reasons. A history of having known your fiance for a long time will be helpful.
