I’m an employee of company ‘X’ working for a client ‘C’ company . ‘X’ is going to file H-1B this year. Now, ‘C’ is ready to hire me as their employee. Can ‘X’ and ‘C’ both file H-1B for the same single position at ‘C’?
Well, if it is the same position, I believe, it is considered duplicate petition. This is similar to multiple vendors filing for the same position, just instead of vendor, it is client.
