Both of H1B, after one I-140, how does EAD for other spouse work?

Hello,

If both husband and wife are on H1B, and if one persons GC is in process and I-140 gets approved, then can the other spouse get EAD even though already in H1B?

If spouse1 gets EAD based on the I-140 approval of spouse2, then what happens to the status of spouse1 H1B? what is beneficial in such cases for spouse1? EAD or H1B or both.

Hi please me let me know if you got an answer for dis,even I have the same question can my h1b spouse apply for EAD after my i140 is approved( I am on h1b too)
