Hello friend, Jus wanna know whether my H1B will get approved if my company apply it for me! Have completed my bachelor degree in Computer Applications and with MNC BPO for 3 years. And am currently working with IT field for 3.5 years. What are de possibilities tat my resume can reject! I’m bit confused, because some says tat my BPO exp will not be considered my work experience as I have changed my line of work totally… if tat is de case then I hav only 3 years degree and 3.5 work exp only… Please Please help me to clarify this with some clear explanation!
U are eligible. 9 Points for ur BCA and 3 Points for IT Experience. 12 points are enough, even if Non-IT is not considered. Below are eligibility requirements

You must have ONE of the following[/b]
1) A Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree (or the foreign equivalent degree from your Country), OR
2) 12 years work experience, OR
3) A mix of further education + work experience
The general H1B visa qualification rule is:
- for every 1 year of studies at University / College = 3 points
- for every 1 year of work experience = 1 point
12 points in 'total' are required to qualify for the H1B visa program
