Hi,
I am planning to initiate B2 visa for my parents but as appointments are still not available. Is it ok, if I complete DS160 forms and pay the Visa fees along with any other requirement prior to appointment so that once Appointments are available, I will be in the queue for appointments.
Please suggest.
