Iam sponsoring B2 visa for my parents in India and they will be attending interview in hyderabad when my H1B visa is going to expire within 10 days. This means after 10 days of their visa interview my H1B expires. I already applied for extension. This is not my 6th year. Can anyone suggest whether this would impact my parents interview? Do I need to send H1B receipt also?
